Hello

About Me

Caitlin Frumerie, LCSW

I'm a therapist and consultant based in Warren, Rhode Island, where I live with my black lab and energetic son. My journey in social work started at Boston University, and since 2017, I've been working as a clinician, supporting individuals and families through life's challenges.

With a background in housing, community development, and combating homelessness, I've held leadership roles like Director of Community Development and Executive Director, striving to create positive change and inclusive communities. Advocating for social justice and human rights is deeply ingrained in my life's work. Housing is a human right.

Outside of work, I find joy in simple things like stress baking, browsing consignment shops, and exploring with my son. Rhode Island stole my heart during college, and I've been drawn to its beauty ever since I relocated here from rural Arizona for college.

Described by friends as warm, generous, and intelligent, I have a passion for interior design and historic buildings. When not working, you can find me hosting dinner parties, taking walks in my neighborhood, or enjoying time at the playground with my son.

Family is everything to me, and I've expanded mine through adoption and foster care, embracing single motherhood by choice. My pronouns are she/her. Life's an adventure, and I'm grateful to share it with those I meet, whether through work, heartfelt conversations, or simply sharing a laugh over a cup of tea.
